Xiaomi’s Mi 11 phone is now officially on sale in the UK. The Mi 11 is the first handset to boast the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, which promises dramatic leaps in 5G, AI, gaming and photography.
The phone launched alongside the Mi Watch, Mi Watch Lite and a Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 edition Mi Electric Scooter Pro 2. Watch the launch event again here.
Free Mi Electric Scooter via Vodafone, £100 off via Amazon
Those who order via Vodafone by 31 March can get a free Mi Electric Scooter Essential.
Meanwhile, customers who buy the phone from Amazon from 22 March will also get a £100 discount, and orders from the will get a £100 Mi Store voucher and other freebies (more on this below).
The Mi 11 offers a 6.81in AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 2K (3200×1440) resolution – a first for Xiaomi. Other features include a 4600mAh battery suited to 55W fast charging and 50W wireless charging and a 108Mp main camera. Xiaomi announced the Mi 11’s release for western markets on 8 February, having previously launched in China last December.

How much does the Xiaomi Mi 11 cost?
UK and European pricing are as follows:
- 8GB RAM/128GB storage – £749/€749
- 8GB RAM/256GB storage – £799/€799
There’s also a 12GB RAM/256GB option that’s available in China, but that won’t be arriving in Europe. Unlike the iPhone 12 and new Samsung Galaxy S21 phones, the Xiaomi Mi 11 will ship with a charger.
