- Similar sub-£200 pricing
Specifications for Samsung’s new budget tablet, the Galaxy Tab A11, have leaked ahead of launch, and they’re not exactly forward-thinking.
September is expected got be a big month for Samsung’s tablet division, with the flagship Galaxy Tab S11 range tipped to make an appearance in just a couple of days.
Ahead of that 4 September launch event, news of the company’s forthcoming budget offering has reached our ears courtesy of the Geekbench benchmark tool, with leaker Abhishek Yadav highlighting the Samsung Galaxy Tab A11’s appearance.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A11 specs
According to the leaked specs, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A11 will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 chip, backed by a scant 4GB of RAM.
This is basically the same provision as the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 (pictured) from 2023, so we’d be lying if we said that we were thrilled by the news.
We also learn that the Samsung Galaxy Tab A11 is running on the now out-of-date Android 15.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A11 pricing
Separately to this spec leak, tipster Sudhanshu Ambhor has posted news of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A11’s likely European pricing.
It seems the Wi-Fi model will start from €199 with a minuscule 64GB of storage, moving up to €239 for 128GB. There’ll also be a 4G-ready cellular model for €229 (64GB) or €279 (128GB).
All in all, this seems to be in keeping with the aforementioned Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 launch. In fact, that starting price is about €20 higher than its predecessor from what we can see.
We would have hoped for some more progress in the intervening two year period. Hopefully the Galaxy Tab A11’s design and display will have something new and interesting to offer.
