Samsung might be known for its phones and TVs, but the company has been making impressive laptops for a while now. Some great Black Friday deals on its 2022 range make now a great time to buy one.
The highlight is the convertible Galaxy Book 2 360, which now starts at only $649.99 instead of its usual $949.99. But the discounts are even steeper if you opt for a Intel Core i7 processor, which nets you a $400 discount at just $749.99. Considering the premium specs on offer, both are excellent value for money.
But if you’re based in the UK, don’t worry – there’s a deal on the same device which is just as good. Currys has the Core i5 model available for £599, down from its usual £999.
As our 4-star review shows, the Galaxy Book 2 360 is an excellent everyday laptop. Highlights include an excellent display, great battery life and convertible functionality, all within a thin and light design. Value for money was one of the main reasons not to buy it, but that’s not an issue following these discounts.

However, the great deals on Samsung laptops don’t end there. Stepping up to the Galaxy Book 2 Pro’s 5G connectivity and more ports won’t cost you much more – it starts at $749.99 for the 13.3in model or $899.99 for 15.6in. Both are $350 cheaper than the RRP.
The deals aren’t quite as impressive in the UK, but there’s still £150 off the 13.3in and 15.6in versions at Amazon.
Last, but very much not least, is the high-end Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360. It’s where you’ll find the biggest discounts in the US, with up to a huge $500 off both the 13.3in and 15.6in models. They still cost $1,000 or more, but offer everything most people are looking for in a laptop.
In the UK, Amazon is your best bet. It has £250 off the 15.6in model, bringing it under £1,000.
You might find that other retailers match Samsung on price in the US, but going direct means you can take advantage of the company’s generous trade-in offers. With most devices, you can get an extra $200 off.
All the discounts in this article are marketed as Black Friday deals, suggesting they won’t be around after Cyber Monday (28 November) at the latest. If you’re seriously considering a new laptop and Samsung is on your radar, now is the time to pick one up.
