Here, you’ll find offers from , Surfshark and other top-rated services. Although NordVPN is one of the best VPN services, its deals aren’t especially attractive compared to rivals if you’re looking for the absolute cheapest price.
Price shouldn’t be your only consideration, but if you only want to unblock video and websites, you don’t have to think much beyond the cost. Just ensure the service has servers where you want to unblock stuff and pick a service from those below.
One of the best deals is from Ivacy where you can save a massive 87%. This brings the cost down to under £1 per month. Don’t be put off by the fact it’s for five years because it’s so cheap that it’s no more expensive than much shorter subscriptions from its rivals.

1. Ivacy five-year VPN subscription
Ivacy’s current deals aren’t worth shouting about. But this ‘secret’ deal is. It’s one of the best around, knocking 87% off the usual monthly price. To get it, follow the link above on a desktop web browser, and move your mouse cursor off the page and onto your browser’s top bar.
You should then see a Limited Time Offer with the deal.
It’s a five-year subscription for which you’ll pay the equivalent of $1.33 per month, which is about 96p. That’s an up-front payment of $80 (around £57.60) which is an absolute bargain.
Ivacy offers a great service which supports P2P downloads, unblocks streaming services (including Netflix and Disney+) and, like any VPN service, gives you security when using public Wi-Fi and privacy when browsing the web.
It’s one the cheapest VPN deals around.
2. VyprVPN three-year subscription
VyprVPN’s Spring Sale brings yet more huge discounts. The current offer is for a two-year subscription with 87% off.
The way the offer is presented, as with so many VPN deals, is misleading. It’s a two year subscription with a full 12 months free. Yet the £45 cost, instead of being spread over 24 months is divided by 36 months to make it look even cheaper – which would mean no free months.
Still, even at £1.88 per month over two years with the free year after that, it’s excellent value.

The £2.19 per month price is only correct if you count the extra two months not as free but as paid months. It’s a cheeky way of making it look cheaper than it really is.
5. CyberGhost VPN three-year subscription
CyberGhost is a great VPN service and its current offer works out at £2.15 per month over three years.
You also get three months on top of the three-year subscription for free.
It’s not as good as VyprVPN’s deal, which is £45 for two years plus a whole free year, but it does offer a lot more servers and locations.

It’s a VPN service with a difference: it doesn’t require an app. It will suit anyone wanting a VPN for absolute privacy as it logs precisely nothing.
Your device will need to support a VPN connection natively, but Windows, Android, iOS and macOS all do.
VPN deals: What to look for
A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is designed to keep you safe from prying eyes online by preventing websites from knowing your true location and, to some extent, your identity. VPNs don’t make you anonymous if your activity reveals who you are, such as logging into a website.
