The Traitors returns tonight, but with a twist. After season 3’s drama, Linda’s Oscar-worthy fake tears and all, the BBC is bringing the show back with an all-star cast that includes Alan Carr, Paloma Faith, Jonathan Ross, Celia Imrie and more.
Through various banishments and murders, the Celebrity Traitors cast will gradually be whittled down. However, fans are already looking ahead to the next few weeks to estimate when episodes drop – got to get those watch party invites in early, after all.
There has been speculation about the final episode in particular due to how the dates fall, with many expecting it to air on a significant holiday. That statement still could be true… it’s just not the date some fans may have been expecting.

When is the final episode of The Celebrity Traitors?
The BBC has not confirmed an exact date for The Celebrity Traitors finale, but we can take an educated guess.
We know that The Celebrity Traitors will have nine episodes in total. New entries will drop every Wednesday and Thursday ay 9pm, but not on Fridays, as confirmed by the BBC Press Office. Despite that, there was speculation that the final episode would be reserved as a Halloween treat, on Friday 31 October 2025
This is because the two episodes before that are expected to air on the 29th and 30th of the month, provided there are no disruptions to the schedule.
That rumour has seemingly been debunked by entertainment journalist Scott Byran. He has seen the first episode early and spoke to a BBC exec on the matter:
If that information holds, and if The Celebrity Traitors airs uninterrupted every Wednesday and Thursday, then the final episode should air on Wednesday, 5 November 2025, which is Bonfire Night in the UK. So, more of an explosive treat than a spooky one.
TV guide websites don’t yet have the schedule that far ahead, so we’ll confirm this date as soon as we know more.
