If you’ve recently picked up a Google Pixel 10, or you’re thinking about buying one, then it changes the game for accessories.
Google is the first brand to add MagSafe-style charging to a flagship Android phone. Not only does it mean more convenient wireless charging but it also opens up a world of new possibilities.
Even though Google has launched its own Pixelsnap accessories, the magnets inside the Pixel 10 phones are compatible with thousands of existing MagSafe devices.
It’s the upgrade I’ve been waiting years for and finally means I can take my accessory game to the next level. I just bought the Pixelsnap Stand but the other place I need a decent mount is in my car.
Fortunately, this Belkin BoostCharge Magnetic Wireless Car Charger will do the trick perfectly and it’s discounted in Amazon’s October Prime Day sale (aka Big Deal Days).
There’s a whopping 56% off, taking the price to just £19.99. The mount attaches to the car vent like my current model and even comes with the cable and charger to plug into the car.
In the US, it’s in the sale with 44% off making it $22.44, which isn’t as impressive but still good.
Belkin
It’ll mean no more faffing with the annoying spring-loaded arms of my old car mount – just snap on and off with charging taken care of. Plus, it supports portrait and landscape orientations.
There is a Belkin BoostCharge Pro model if you prefer, which offers 15W charging instead of 10W here, but at £32.99 (34% off) or $49.99 (38% off), it’s not quite worth the extra for my usage.
Both are the lowest prices ever seen on Amazon and the sale ends tomorrow at midnight so be quick.
